Remove gas fires. Remove brick chimney to below floor joist level. Patch roof to make weather tight. One side of the chimney (with the older gas heater) looks like it has a solid wall that is part of the wall structure, so would remain. Excludes - reinstating interior floor, walls, ceiling.
