Demo in exchange for all Salvage Rights

We have a hotel that was earthquake damaged. Unfortunately we do not have the funds to rebuild or demo. So we are now looking at giving the building to a Demo/Salvage company to demolish and clear the site, with all Salvage rights on everything in the hotel to offset demo costs. This place has a lot of history and refurbished three times, so there is a lot of fantastic wood plus many other materials and items.
