Demolition and Clean ups

A large ex-office area (approx 1000sqm) to be demolished (partitions removed) and the site cleared. The building is a heritage solid concrete building at downtown Hastings with access to an alleyway for dumping wastes. Most materials, timbers frames and doors are in good conditions (appreciate if you can make a reasonable offer to purchase), we would like to keep some of the doors for re-use. All carpets are to be taken out, some can be re-use. Light fittings, heaters and other things are in good condition and maybe off value to the right person.Looking for responsible tradesmen who can handle the job in the most efficient and organised manner and at a very economical cost.
