"The wok was carried out by myself the owner and i had an ofsider working with me ...bit unfair on the cost as this was due to more work being done and xtra work that qas unforseen on the first part ...as the mother was on site and i communicated with her about all aspects it seems unfair that i should be shot down for this ...the bill was nearly paid in full so overall a good job i think the client needs to know the difference between a quote and a day rate"
