Job description

General Demolition
Franklin

We have three small ceiling spaces (total area 40m2) we want to tidy up and prepare for the next stage of our renovation project. This job involves: 1. Dismantling and removing an old Gib wall and ceiling which is no longer required. 2. Removing old pink batt insulation, birds, birds nests, feathers, debris, bird/rodent droppings etc. 3. Thoroughly vacuuming the spaces. 4. Wet cleaning to remove any remaining bird droppings or stuck on grime. Special considerations include: a. We don't want dust and debris being spread around other areas of the house and we want these spaces left clean and tidy ready for the next trades to safely work in there. b. We don't want any items that are being retained to be damaged in the demolition or cleaning process. c. We don't want any water damage done to the property. d. There are live cables and equipment in these spaces that you need to be careful around. e. Access to one of the spaces is near the edge of the top of a wall half way up a set of stairs so is quite high and a fall hazard exists (see last two photos). f. We don't want any damage to done the new paint work in the area.
