Demolition of House

First and foremost, I am after a rough idea on costs of a complete demolition and removal of materials of a 2, 4 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom house. The house is located in Hihi, along Waiaua road towards the peninsula. It is an old house that needs to be removed from the property. All associated electrics, mains and waste water will need to be shut off also. It is not a time sensitive matter, and there will be worthwhile items salvageable as the house is constructed partly from native timber.
