Driveway and concrete pad removal

Need a driveway removed and a pad behind garage for a concrete job im doing, there is wide access to streetfront and rear access through garage for a digger (would need roof removed off digger) would expect both pads to have reo in them, need a rough estimate its 102m2 all up and i expect its 100mm thick
