End of Lease - Demolition / Stripping Out

I am ending my tenancy / lease and essentially need to remove my fitout, so I can then make good of the building (walls/ceiling) as required. Need to remove and strip out dispensary bench tops and cupboard units / carcasses, office desks, shop POS counter, retail units, minor partitioning, retail pelmets in shop, retail plinths, possibly lift carpet tiles, vinyl flooring, remove light fixtures, a couple of sinks, remove door grills, remove signage from exterior, just a general fitout and building clean out.
