Demolish front porch

Remove front porch to make way for traditional verandah with as little damage to front of house as possible (I will need to get front of house re-plastered after this demolition but don't want it completely wrecked!). Measurements (approx): 2.6M ground to top of guttering, 1.6M depth (sides), 1.9M wide (front). You MUST have done this before and be able to prove it. Notes: the house was plastered in 1954. the porch was added in the 1970s. Some timber (ceiling, floor) may be salvageable (likely hardwood). Glass windows are salvageable.
