Site Clearing Bobcat

We have an approx 50sqm area next to our house which is covered with rocks, pebbles and other rubble. We want the top layer removed and smoothed so that we can eventually lay grass. Most of the stuff should be able to be placed elsewhere on the property (such as behind retaining walls) but some may need to be disposed of. Need to work around excavators making a new driveway. Will be pouring concrete mid next week so before then would be best.
