Demolition of old house and barn

I have an old house built in the 1930s to 1940s and a barn located at 233 Styx Mill Road in Casebrook. I want to remove the house and barn, and potentially re locate a new Eone sewage pumping tank that services the old house to a different location, the sewage pumping station will be re used for a new granny cottage for family, we may also need to have a storm water drain dug or at least a soak pit for the granny flat. The old barn appears to be older than the house, but may have an asbestos roof. I also have several rubbish piles of old bricks, concrete, dirt and vegetation to be removed from site.
