Concrete Driveway removal

We have approx 150 m2 concrete driveway that needs to be removed after EQ damage. It does not have mesh. Note that at least half this driveway is under a carport with approx 2 m clearance, which might restrict access for machinery to do the job. As we are relaying the driveway ourselves, the driveway might be removed in up to 3 stages.
