demolish part of cantilevered balcony
Job description
We would like part of our existing balcony to be removed as it is leaking. The part we want removed is constructed out of timber and cement sheeting and is attached to a precast concrete slab which forms the majority of the balcony and which is to remain. Some care will be necessary to ensure the remaining part of the cantilevered balcony is not damaged. We just need the curved portion removed to reinstate the deck to it's original intended triangle shape. Please see attached photos. We would also like the existing tiles to be removed over the entire balcony as we intend to get the area retiled. There is a new concrete driveway under the balcony so this will need to be protected. We would like all waste to be removed from the site. We haven't had the cement sheeting tested for asbestos as yet.

Paul did a great job. Was hard, messy work in 30deg heat but Paul got the job done.
