Job description
Two story house and garage to be demolished and site cleared in preparation for a new build. House is cedar-clad and 150 sqm. Doors joinery, garage door, rimu ceilings etc could be recycled. Vacant section next door that we also own as this is a cross lease property and one of two joined houses has already been demolished.
