Chimney deconstruction
Job description
EQC has deemed out chimney should come down for safety in potential future quakes. The chimney has a metal flue for a gas fire. We need the chimney to be dismantled and the flue braced and waterproofed appropriately. Looking for an approximate for the whole job and just the bracing/waterproofing. Bricks can be left on-site. Note it does currently have a satellite dish attached.

A few unforeseen issues getting underway. However once underway job was completed smoothly and promptly and we are happy with the result. Thanks!
