1920's wooden garage that is also the boundary fence next door with tin roof. We require the tin and wood to be removed. Most of the timber is good and I was told it is red Canadian wood (no idea though). The floor is wooden, so no concrete. Measurements: 3060 width length 9600 height 2580

I highly recommend Glen to anyone doing some demo work. He is professional and well aware of HnS issues such as asbestos, while others here are not. Issues I hadn't thought of such as trees in the way etc, Glen was on to it and clearly explained the situation and gave multiple options. He when out of his way to communicate with the neighbour and my family who were on site while I wasn't.
