House is fire damaged. Asbestos detected in exterior paint. Full report available. Intermitent vehicle access at bottom of property. Note this is a big job for experienced dismantlers. We've had some crazy quotes from big companies, now prefering a few people with crowbars and a good attitude. We will need a contract with progress payments defined.
