Wash House Demo

We have an old Wash house behind our house which we want removed. Dimensions are 1.8m x 1.5m. Made of timber and old Gib board. Not asbestos. Plumbing and electrics need disconnected so bonus if you can do this also. Removal of materials also. It will be clear of any objects, including the red beer fridge. Access is easy for Lyttelton property, flat parking available and no steps. Desired time frame is before first week of December. Thanks

Large boiler and chimney removal

We have inherited a large old coal boiler on our property including a relatively new flu. Boiler is around 3m high x1.8m diameter. Chimney is roughly 8m tall Both are in place inside a shed (which we would like to keep most of) The front wall can be removed and you can drive a crane or digger quite close. This is all scrapable material.

We recently replaced a fence post. Remaining is an old fence post, proably hardwood and heavy. It, along with concrete chunk and 2 other small fencepost and concrete pieces need to be moved down short hillside to street and hauled away. The large fence post...easier might be to use a chainsaw to cut it at base or in two or three pieces. Will pay fairly for hillside work. I've just guessed at cost but am flexible depending on what you think. Of course will pay fees to dump it.

Three story house 175 m2 with decking areas on a pole foundation. Site has concrete drive access up hill from the road. Driveway is steep generous width. Tight turn onto the road. Only small trucks with double rear wheels can House is clad in hardie plank with iron roof. No asbestos. Unsure but we may want some joinery and beams salvaged. The house to be removed from site. Also some site works for the new build could be included subject to capability.
