Garage Demo

This job is the demolition of a suburban garage. It is approximately 7x6m. Structure is a timber frame with a single 7m ‘I’ beam running the length of the garage (in photo). The garage has a concrete floor/pad which we want to keep. It has a single row of concrete blocks around the base on the concrete pad which we want removed and the pad left neat and tidy. It is clad in asbestos panels. It has a corrugated iron roof. One wall, the wall that is shared with the neighbouring property is concrete block. Which we want to keep. There is a small concrete return of this wall to the garage door (in photo) which need to be neatly removed and tidied up. It has a timber bench running the length of the structure. This quote is for the demolition and removal of all materials. We will clear the garage of content and cut power prior to contract commencing.
