Concrete Chimney Removal to roofline

I need the chimney taken down to below the roof line to allow the roof to be tiled over, due to a leak around the chimney. It is a single level house, with concrete tile roof. I will get a roofer to patch the roof afterwards. The chimney is concrete blocks. We do not want to remove the chimney all the way down to the ground as we do not want to open the walls in the lounge etc. We are wanting this done asap as there is a leak around the chimney. Preferably also to remove the concrete when done. Or I would consider arranging this myself if required.
