Remove concrete base from old fence

We've recently had some sheet fencing removed, however we need the concrete base taken out before the new timber fence is installed. Don't need the pieces taken away, only need them shifted to free up the space, I'm out of town for work so am unable to do it myself. Measurements are exactly 11m, with one additional concrete post at the opposite end. Image attached is of the original structure, only the base and posts are remaining.
