Demolition of Studio Flat & Shed
Job description
Expressions of interest. Looking for offer for the demolition and removal of garden studio flat plus small garden shed (see attached drawings and photos). Both buildings are on a concrete base (studio was formerly a double garage). My preference is to 'sell' all materials and fittings in studio and shed, plus additional timber windows & doors and bathroom fittings recently removed from main house (see pictures) in exchange for demolition and removal services. Lots of unexpected costs and very poor communications - 3 months later and I'm still waiting for any communications on the disputed tip fees and site delivery costs (I paid all the non-disputed costs immediately). To top it off I'm now being chased by their sub-contractor who claims he hasn't been paid! I acknowledge that some of this is my own fault for rushing to get this job completed and not insisting on a written quote.... lesson learnt.

"the job got bigger and bigger it was the sleep out slab first then i dropped the job he ribg back then it was rubbish footpaths etc then he hell back payments for tip fees etc was happy with the job when we finished got the invoice and wouldnt pay it all it now has gone to our lawyers for collection wouldnt recommend him to any boby else as he doesnt pay the full invoice"
