Additional ethernet port in another room

We would like to have an additional ethernet socket installed in another room due to being too far away from our router and decent WiFi signal. It would be about 20m away from the router and fibre box. Not too sure if installation will be easily possible from under the house, maybe only accessible for about half the distance.
