Strange TV problem

I have an odd problem. My TV is wall mounted and often TV 1 and 2 reception is poor in non existent. Touching the TV makes picture come and go. If tv is taken off wall reception is perfect. I have replaced the cable from TV to plus and no different. Suspect it will be something simple but is getting frustrating. Thanks
