Installation of new blinds within apartment or a potential curtain ?

Hi - Currently living in apartment in Wellington CBD I have a large window/sliding door that has blinds attached (Currently it is 5% openness). I am looking to either replace these blinds to total block out blinds or to add another layer of blockout so I may have two blinds (block out and a 5% openness blinds) Another option would be so see what it would cost to replace the blinds with a large curtain ? So the 3 options are either - Replace existing blind with a total block out blind - Add another layer of block out blinds - remove blinds and put a large curtain I will attach photos within 48 hours. Looking for quotes if possible. Welcome for professionals to organize a time to get a better gauge of the potential work and also to have the opportunity to provide a more accurate quote I have attached phots - there are two (2) blinds covering the large sliding door/window. the width of each one is roughly 158 cm (so total is roughly 316cm) Each blind has its own wire to take up or down separately Unsure how long it rolls out there but it will be at least 3 meters as the ceiling to floor is roughly 2.7m
