Curtain Rod come away from brick wall in bedroom

Need to have the middle curtain attachment to be refixed. I have a double brick home, it in a large window about 2 m wide and it has three attachments with heavy curtains. I need someone to drill into the concrete so the middle attachment can be refixed. Maybe some plastering as well?
