Installing curtains

The two bedrooms in my house currently have horizontal blinds, and I was hoping to either replace those with curtains or install curtains over them (whichever is easier/cheaper). Two of the windows are in recesses, while two are on flat walls, so I suspect the different windows may need different fixtures? I’m looking for quotes for someone to help me figure out how best to install the curtains, and then carry out the installation once I’ve purchased the actual curtains.
