Attic slope window blind repair and replace #3

Two problems with the slope windows in my attic: (1) Curtain rails of one of the windows (VELUX) have fallen off, and the curtain just hangs down. This needs to be fixed, I think the job will include putting the rails back on the window and refit the curtain to the rails. (2) Another blind (approx 110w x 132h) needs to be replaced. Please see pictures and let me know if any further information is needed. Thanks
