Replacement of blind rails with curtain rails

Hi, We have four windows that currently have rails for blinds. We'd like to replace these with curtain rails which we can attach standard curtain hooks to. Two of the windows are rectangular, but two of them are partially sloped (see pictures). We don't need curtains as we'll source these ourselves, but we do need the curtain rails themselves. Our landlord would also like to discuss with you beforehand what exactly will be done so that we can get his approval.
