Curtains

I want new curtains and rails for our house. I am supplying the fabric but I want someone who is able to make the curtains for me. They will be double treatments, blackout curtains behind and non-lined curtains in front. The contractor will need to supply the rails and come to site to measure and give me the amount of fabric I need to supply. I am after a quote for the house-lot with New York pleating on the curtains. Then once I have the required fabric, they will need to do the installation of the curtains and rails. Some windows in the house are an awkward shape so this will need to be discussed.
