Curtain track repair

The tracks of Our full length curtains have pulled out of wall at one end. They are on a double rail (curtain & netting curtains) There are. 7 brackets that have been screwed into both the wall above window and ceiling. One bracket has pulled out and weighing on other brackets. I think the blinds need to come down, the hole in wall where bracket pulled away repaired then bracket replaced. ( it may be appropriate to see if existing brackets are adequate.) I will add three photos to give an indication of the problem and happy to answer any questions.
