Some blinds spring-loaded bottom bar needs parts or servicing. 3 blinds do not tilt. 1 blind does not go up and down. 1 blind - a few slats replaced, does not tilt, does not go up and down. 1 blind - string frame repaired. The blinds are from two separate properties. Is it possible to bring blinds to the one site to repair? Is it better to repair on site or off site?
