Curtain lining patch repairs - thermal, black out

Extra large (approx 4 - 5m long, 3m wide) custom made curtain, cut specifically to fit an angled window. Thermal black-out lining has been damaged in places by a climbing kitten - very small tears & holes in the bottom section of the lining only. Repair of existing lining would be ideal, full replacement of lining only if necessary. Would prefer a take-down & re-hang service too, if possible.
