As seen on
Dec 17 & Jan 18 Brand new wooden white blinds installed (Sante Fe manufacturer I think). All the white pull up and down cords stretched so at least one no longer opens or closes. Cords not working properly since installation. Only 2 seniors in the house so do not swing on blinds. After first installed asked installer to tighten but didn't know how. Now winter so would like to close blinds to shut in heat. ASAP if possible.
