Curtain Rod Fixture Repair and TV Bracket Install

One of the fixtures to my curtain rail has come loose from the wall, need it reattached. The builder who installed also mentioned that some of the fixtures are hanging in dry wall as no available studs, so will need expansion screws (or whatever they're called) - i have a pack, just need someone to put them in. Also need a TV bracket installed in the bedroom.
