The metal chain on 3 of my roller blinds have broken and need replacing. I would like this done as soon as possible as the large main blind in lounge room is stuck 3/4 down. I am not able to do it myself.

A day was agreed, I phoned the day before to confirm a time. He didn't turn up and when I called there was no answer. However I tried again the following week, we set up another time and this time the work was completed to an acceptable standard.
