Blind Repair

Wooden blinds no longer tilt, and the up/down movement squeals a lot. This is for a rental property. It appears to be this plastic bit (in the photo) that no longer works to tilt the blinds. I have the blinds in my car. Will it be cheaper to repair, or replace? Contact: Tash Levande ---
