I have assigned a job to Sembel it on last year April 2022. He seems to be nice during these time. He sent us the quote for fixing the blind and we accepted the quote. We have been waiting since 9 months for fixing this problem. I have made phone calls and emails but no response from him. I believe this is not fair and highly unprofessional. Our property manager contacted him from different phone number he answered one time promised to fix the issue within 2 weeks. But no response afterwards.
