Curtain cleaning, hanging and repair of window treatment

I'm currently renting a property and moving out soon so need to clean everything. I tried cleaning the curtains for two windows but now have no idea how to rehang them because all the ties got tangled up. The washing machine also shredded the separate gauze underlayer that was covering the windows. So ideally I need someone who can wash, iron and rehang the curtains for two windows and also replace the gauze underlayers (happy to pay for materials for this - I still have this on one of the windows as an example to match). I'm moving out between the 17th and 20th of March so would need to be completed before then.
