Rather disorganised in how they operate- job could have been a disaster if I had not kept my own detailed notes and corrected what was sent to me by supplier. Workmanship OK, but not as good as had hoped. Had asked for an 'al inclusive' quote, but several extras added on final invoice. Also, demanded 100% payment before we had received anything or seen the quality. Had to come back to correct some issues, but did so swiftly.
