Install 4m single curtain track and brackets above ranch slider

Looking for an experienced curtain track installer who is familiar with the track "Matisse Ultraglide" and its very unusual brackets. Unfortunately this job won't suit a handyman as two handymen have already had a look at it and given up! The track is 4m long, above a ranch slider. It has 8 brackets that attach the to track and wall. It is a single track (not a double track as shown in the photo). The brackets are unusual and nobody has been able to work them out. I'm sure it is easy if you know how. Photos show the bracket and also what the the finished look of the track and brackets is supposed to look like when hung. This job is in Mt Eden, Auckland.
