Hi there Our tenant has informed me that “the whole curtain rail fell off. They have tried to put it back on but noticed that the fixings to the wall were loose. So this all needs to be repaired. We are hoping to get this done asap

My tenant has said he did a good job. He did damage the wooden floors when moving the couch though, which was disappointing. I did email and acknowledge this but he did not respond. Otherwise a good job and efficient in communications.
