Lopsided blind needs re erecting, fixing.

My repair needs are related to a roman blind in an appartment in southern One Tree Hill. The roman blind is attached to a panel that could be compressed fiber board. The fixing (probably a nut, washer and bolt) is loose because over time the hole for the bolt has become wider and vertically longer. The blind is now not horizontal and can become detached at one end when being raised with the draw string. Small repair but I am keen to know if asomeone can take this job on?
