Remove concrete path and steps, both sides of house

Hi - on the western and eastern sides of my house there are damp issues with eflurescence (?) coming through the breeze blocks in the basement. This seems to be cause by failing waterproofing, due to water runoff from the concrete paths attached externally to the basement walls. These need to be cut and removed, and the fill dug out (west side path only) in order to waterproof the breeze blocks on the outside and prevent further run-off.
