Garage concrete floor

I have a slopping garage floor, it probably differs in height by about 20-25cm from highest to lowest point. I am ideally wanting to cut away at the highest point first and if needs be bring up the lower end leading to a flat floor across the garage where applicable as the current setup is not ideal for what I want my garage to be.
