Concrete patio repair

I have a 4m x 10m concrete patio. There are a hand full of large cracks and a section of the slab has dropped about 10mm. Also have two sections in the slab that were for plants (one roughly 400mm x 500mm, the other 400mm x 2,000mm). I'd like the cracks repaired, planters filled in and the whole slab reskimmed and leveled if possible. Thinking about having the concrete stamped but will consider plain finish.
