Remove concrete steps and landing
Job description
These concrete steps and landing (2.7m long) are blocking stormwater runoff behind our house and need to go ASAP. They are built up against a retaining wall on one side and the house cladding (weatherboards) on the other. We're interested in estimates for just removing the steps, or (if you have the capability) that plus repair to the weatherboards and constructing replacement path and steps. Plenty of parking and good access to site.

Grateful to the M10 team every time it rains hard! Sam came up with a sensible, cost-effective solution for us. There were a few unavoidable delays but the critical work got done promptly, with care taken to make sure the house was weather tight at all times. Did a great job repairing rotten weatherboards and framing. The guys were a pleasure to have around, would use them again.
