*Area: Flat (120m2) but will require some level putting course base. *Boxing, 668 Mesh & 45/50 plastic chairs: reinforcing mesh type 665 will be placed in the slab on plastic chairs. It will be situated in the top half of the slab to reduce shrinkage cracking; the mesh will be lapped 150mm at joints. *Concrete pump truck to pump in the concrete: the entrance is a bit narrow for the truck to drive in so it will require to pump to the site. *20 MPA concrete with 13mm stones with 2% black oxide at 100mm thick Concrete pump *Concrete to be finished to a sponge/kellyfloat finish *Install stormwater runoff drain: Driveway to have correct falls to enable water runoff away from the dwelling and into a drain. *A couple of days after the concrete has been laid you will apply cuts to every 3 meters to help prevent cracking. At the correct time, the driveway will be lightly broomed at 90 degrees to the flow of traffic on the driveway (as per your advice). I saved money for this project.
