Concrete pad and small retaining wall

Hi, We need a concrete pad (1m x 0.5m, in blue) to support our external A/C unit (125kg). The compost currently sitting at this spot will be moved further on the side to make the necessary room. A small retaining wall ("drawn" in red in the pictures attached) might be necessary to prevent erosion/runoff onto the A/C unit, to be assessed; open to wood/concrete/brick options for it. We'd need this done in the coming weeks, ideally this month. Any questions let me know. Happy to discuss over the phone or in person.
