Concrete steps replacement

Five concrete steps have been damaged after a neighbors pipe burst. Two were washed away, one was dug up by the plumber and another two are in poor shape. I am looking for these effected steps to be replaced. The existing construction had a concrete slab set on the ground - the existing slabs could potentially be re-used. Pictures to come.
